A good day for Lizzy
Well today was a good day for a change. My friend dropped Lizzy and me off at Big Lots (had toreturn something) then we did a little shopping and lunch at Papa Ginos. After that we went to see Toy Story 3 and she sat pretty good then fell asleep (nap time gotta love it). Came home and had some dinner then went to the auction down the street. She got spoiled, she got a doll house, elmo chair and a lion you can sit on. I got some winnie the pooh books for myself (I love winnie the pooh). Then I got some things for the landlord. When all was done we came home and she went to bed. And now I am waiting for seminar to start. All in all I would rate today an 8. After seminar I need to put the doll house together (not looking forward to that). Hope you enjoy my blog.

ReplyDeleteHow did the dollhouse turn out? My spouse and I once made one for the kids at Christmas time. It was a total success. My spouse put it together from wood scraps and we both worked on painting it a couple of nights before Christmas. I was still working on curtains Christmas Eve. The girls were crazy about it.
It really brought back all those precious memories when my granddaughter got one at a yard sale that looked very much like the one we made all those years ago.
